Case of 12. NEW Kicking Goat Elderflower & Mint, is another fine addition to our fruit cider range. Produced from 100% fresh pressed apple juice, expertly back-sweetened with natural elderflower and mint infusions, never from concentrate, and always leaving you wanting more.  

Produced from the highest quality dessert fruit apple varieties, harvested in season. The juice is left to ferment on natural yeasts before being allowed to mature in the tank. This produces the most exquisite fruit-forward flavours and aromas of fresh apple. 

The cider is then expertly blended and back-sweetened with natural elderflower essence and mint to produce a light and floral accompaniment to this delicious summer cider.

The cider in the glass is a deeply satisfying light pale white, with a hit of fresh elderflower followed by a subtle cooling mint aroma. Fresh apple follows through on the palate with a light acidity, expertly balanced with a bold natural sweetness. The flavours of elderflower build throughout complimenting the cider's natural crisp apple, with mint developing towards the end, leaving a refreshing cooling bite. Designed to be served cold with ice, this is a great addition to an already established fruit range offering another alternative to the overly commercialised and sweet ciders currently across the market.
